The quarterly review service is a great option for businesses that want to make sure their website does not get overlooked yet do not require frequent updates. Since there may be times that an update must be completed before the standard review time, this service allows for adhoc updates as requested. This service requires signing a quarterly service contract.

Customers are solely responsible for what they provide us to put into their website. We are not responsible for any copyright issues related to texts, images, logos or other content that is provided by the customer. Nor are we responsible for any legal, social or other issues related to a customer's website updated or maintained by us.

This is our most popular service as many businesses require web updates as they arise. This service allows your business to request web updates as you require them. These updates are charged at our standard hourly rate.
Turnaround time

We have managed sites developed by other companies simply because the original company has not been able to provide a reliable service when it comes to quality of work and speed. We have heard average turnaround times of 5 to 8 weeks for even simple changes. We aim to deliver all projects in any of the following categories, based on urgency:

- Within an hour of delivery of material (if planned or a necessa ry, immediate change)
- Within 24 to 48 hours (typical)
- 3 to 5 days (if project deemed less urgent and as agreed with client)
